Shipping Policy
How will my order ship?
Most orders ship in a box or multiple boxes on top of a pallet. The pallet will keep the boxes safe from damage during shipping. Due to the size of the beds, the majority of orders ship via LTL Freight. LTL Freight is used for larger items.
How quickly will my order ship?
Most of our products ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse. The lead time will vary based on the manufacturer, however, it is typically two weeks or less unless it states otherwise on the product. Most of the manufacturers have warehouses throughout the country creating a speedier delivery time once the order ships.
Will I get tracking information?
Absolutely! As soon as the order ships you will receive an email with the tracking details. Most of the time the shipping company’s website will give an estimated delivery date for the shipment.
Will I need to be home for the delivery?
Yes, someone will need to be home to take receipt of the shipment. Luckily, the shipping company will call before delivery to schedule a delivery appointment. With the delivery appointment, you can schedule a time that works best for you.
What do I do if I want to return the bed?
Please give us a call or send us an email if you would like to return the bed. We do accept returns. All beds must be in their original packing. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
